FSBD wants to you to be an educated customer, becoming familiar with the styles, materials, and accessories we provide. There are infinite and we want to share all of them with you.
Below is the step by step process we designed to provide you with an experience and a deck that will exceed your expectations! FSBD wants to leave you and your family with a lasting impression and a deck built to last.
During your first appointment, a FSBD expert will arrive at your home to listen to your expectations, assess your outdoor space and make suggestions for the deck sizes, materials and designs that best fit your budget and needs. Our professional will take accurate measurements and will be able to provide you with a price range for your deck.
Selecting the material and style is one of the most important phases of the process. We want you to have a deck that not only fits into your budget, but provides the aesthetic appeal and durability you need. Our experienced professionals will walk you through the process, explaining the pros and cons of the various decking materials (pressure-treated wood, composite boards, exotic woods, cedar), shapes, railing choices and stair options available.

Having selected the size, material and layout, FSBD will provide a 3D rendering of your future deck. At this point, we are able to finalize details and provide you with the formal quotation and contract for construction.
After acceptance of the formal quote and contract, FSBD will work with you to establish the start date and schedule for the construction of your deck.
With the start date approaching, FSBD will begin ordering materials to be delivered to your home for construction. We will establish a point of contact, with whom we will communicate and coordinate delivery and any other questions that may arise during the construction process. Once materials have arrived on site, FSBD will start building your deck, allowing you to enjoy your new outdoor space as quickly as possible!
Upon completion of construction, FSBD will ensure final inspection and issue an Official Build Certificate, indicating that your deck is approved for use.
